This article helps you get back into your WriteHuman account when you cannot sign in, when a password reset link keeps sending you to the login page, when your account shows the free plan right after paying, or when you see an account suspended message. Work through the section that matches your situation.
Sign in with the method you used to sign up
WriteHuman lets you sign in with your email and password, with Google, or with Apple. The important thing is to use the same method and the same email address you used when you first created your account. If you signed up with Google, use the Google button. If you signed up with Apple, use the Apple button. If you signed up with email, enter that email and your password.
If you are not sure which email is on your account, try the sign-in methods you may have used (email and password, Google, or Apple), since each can map to a different email. WriteHuman does not send receipt or confirmation emails, so there is nothing in your inbox to look for. If you still cannot tell, contact support with the last 4 digits of the card charged, the amount, and the date, and we can locate the account for you. Signing in with a different email opens a different account, which can look like your paid plan is missing.
You can sign in at writehuman.ai.
Reset your password with Forgot Password
WriteHuman does not store your password, so a reset is the way back in if you cannot remember it. To reset it:
Go to the login page at writehuman.ai.
Click the Forgot Password link.
Enter the email address on your account and submit the form.
Open the newest password reset email and follow the link to set a new password.
If you signed up with Google or Apple, you do not need a WriteHuman password at all. Use the Google or Apple button to sign in instead.
If a reset link does not open the password page
If you click a reset link and it takes you to the login page instead of a page where you can set a new password, try these steps:
Open a private or incognito window in your browser. This starts a clean session so the reset page can load correctly.
Make sure you open the most recent reset email. Older reset links can expire, so request a fresh one with Forgot Password and use the newest message.
Click the link from that newest email inside the private or incognito window and set your new password.
If the link still does not work after trying a clean browser session and the most recent email, please contact support so the team can help you directly.
My account shows the free plan right after I paid
If you just paid and your account still shows the free plan, it is usually one of two things:
A different email was used at checkout. The plan is active, but on the account tied to the email used during payment. Sign in with that exact email to see it.
A temporary sync issue. Sometimes the payment and the dashboard take a moment to connect, which can hide your paid features at login.
Try these steps first:
Reload the page and sign back in.
Open the app in a private or incognito window to rule out an old cached session.
Confirm you are signed in with the same email you used at checkout.
If your paid plan still does not appear, contact support and include your billing details so the team can locate your account and resync it. Helpful details include the last four digits of the card that was charged, the date of the charge, and the amount charged. You can review your plans and features on the pricing page.
One more thing to check: make sure the charge is actually from WriteHuman. Other companies have similar names and separate billing. If your bank statement shows a different merchant name, that charge is not from WriteHuman, and you would need to contact that other company to manage it.
I see an account suspended message
If you see an account suspended message when you log in, it usually relates to our Terms of Service, for example account sharing. Please note that, per our policy, suspensions related to account sharing are not refunded.
If you believe your login details were used without your permission, let support know when you reach out and share any relevant details so the team can look into it.
Still need help?
If you are still locked out, contact us at [email protected] or through the in-app chat, and include the email on your account plus any billing details noted above. Our team replies during business hours and will help you get back in.
